About

I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (BABCP), with specialised training in Behavioural Couples Therapy. I'm committed to staying current with the latest evidence-based approaches through ongoing professional development.

My career has spanned diverse settings, including NHS inpatient units, primary schools, international charities and NGOs, and higher education. Currently, I split my time between NHS work with individuals and couples, guest lecturing for UCL's low-intensity teaching programme, and private practice. I offer private sessions on weekday evenings and Friday afternoons, both online and in person at my London Bridge location.

I also provide clinical supervision for newly qualified psychotherapists.
